Here’s what you need to know if you’re an experienced climber and you want to visit (or come back!) to our wall:

  • The wall is open on a first come, first served basis. We are operating at a reduced capacity so if the wall is full you may have to wait.
  • Your climbing slot will be for 2 hours. You must leave on or before your 2 hours are up, you must not overlap with the next 2 hour slot.
  • Your temperature will be taken on entry and recorded, sanitising points are available throughout the building and we ask that you use these. Any temperature of 37.8C and above and you will be asked to leave.
  • Masks are required on entry in all reception areas, but are optional whilst climbing.
  • Social distancing must always be maintained.
  • All climbers must use liquid chalk and minimise the use of loose chalk. Liquid chalk is available to buy in our shop or you can bring your own (which must contain over 70% alcohol)
  • There will be no spectators allowed (unless they are very cute and of the canine variety) as we are running at a reduced capacity. If possible, please come ready to climb.
  • Please do NOT wear your climbing shoes into the toilets.
  • Memberships and passes are still valid. Non-members are also welcome to climb at our centre and can pre-register online before arriving. Please note, we cannot run any inductions, therefore incompetent climbers will not be permitted to climb unsupervised.
  • Card only – we will have no cash on site.
  • If you are displaying symptoms of COVID-19, please do not visit KONG Adventure.
